my best guess is scammers.

Hmmm...alot of aftermarket companies do this sort of thing...offering free parts in exchange for use of the vehicle for a couple months...though usually they go through their own website (turbonetics site seems to be down) or some other legit enthusiast site to get the word out. never seen it on craigslist, though. I'd find a # and call turbonetics directly before committing to anything
