I'm getting ready to swap out the factory diff lube in my 07 GT. Has anyone had experience with Lucas synthetic 75W140 without adding friction modifier? Lucas says its not needed, but Ford recommends it in the manual. My thoughts are to add it, but I'm wondering if it could get "too slippery" and affect the locking action.
