Front Brake Dust Shields

I had to change my spindle. Anyone know where to get those rivets that hold in the dust shield? I went to like 3 dealers and they all had no idea what I was talking about. Is it safe to nut and bolt the dust shields or do I need to use rivets? I was told to use rivets so they shear in the event something gets caught between the rotor/shield, but what are the chances of that?

other cars just use little bolts. or just dont run them..

I removed mine when I changed to Steeda's X2 balljoints, and I have not had any issues with not having them. That was four years ago next month.

I removed mine when I went to 13" rotors and have not had a problem in 2 years...
