WhenI stop, or make slow turns I can hear the front end squeak and clunk from time to time. I have already replaced the rack and outer tie rods, so now I would figure its either ball joints or bushings. I figure the best bet is to just buy the cobra control arms that come with everything. Any thoughts on a solution???

I would get the Cobra front a arms. They made a noticeable difference on my car. If you have done the outer ties and steering rack, then I would think the ball joint/bushings is the problem. I got mine for $160 about 2 years ago.

If I go with those is there anything else I should do while Im down there? And do they come powdercoated black or does the pic just make them look that way?

They are black, if I remember correctly. I can't think of anything I would do since you already did the rack and out tie rod. Not much remaining, unless you haven't done springs and struts to lower your car.

I did mine with the LT install.

Should I replace the spring isolators while I'm in there? Which brand if so?

svttech76,
Would you suggest white lithium grease on the bushings?

You mentioned a clunk when coming to a stop. That doesnt sound like anything ball join related. Turning your wheel and having a squeek is definately a ball joint characteristic. If you have a pry bar, you can check your ball joints for movement. I THINK you can apply grease to the top of them to help alleviate the squeek. I know i could on my 97 F150. When ball joints are past the point of no return, they sometimes "click" and your steering stops for a second.

Just go to the dealer and say you have a click, clunk, squeek coming from the front end. They will figure it out
