At about 90,000 my front end started squeeking, turned out that the ball joints had dried up (no grease fittings
), so I replaced those.
Now at 111,000 it's squeeking up front again. What is it this time, the outer tie rod ends (that don't have grease fittings)? A steering rack wouldn't make that noise would it? Should I replace the inner tie rod ends while I'm at it? Should I replace the rack while I'm at it?
Thanks
Jim

But if your at 90,000 miles it's time to change your shocks and struts anyway.
