How difficult would it be to put the front clip (fenders, hood, front bumper, grill, headlights) from a 2001 gt on a 98 gt? Is it even possible? Someone at work told me it could be done with little modification but they look completely different. If not, could any of the body panels from the 01 be used on a 98? Thank you for the help guys as I am a newbie

If you look at a pre-99 Mustang and a 99+ Mustang, the doors and "greenhouse" are the same. The main differences are the fenders, hood, and bumpers. Under the skin there are likely more changes, but I don't workin a body shop and haven't tried it it. The similarities are greater than the differnces, IMHO.
