So, I need to remove the front fascia for paint but I am not sure how exactly it comes off. I know that there are the bolts that hold the fascia to the fenders, but what about the rivets that you can see once you open the hood? do they all need to be drilled out or are the reusable? and do I need to paint new ones or do they come painted already? I need some guidance here please. Thanks!

The rivots hold the headlight panel to the front cover, if you drill them out they can be replaced with new rivots however they will not be paited to match then. The headlight panel can be taped off and then yor rivots will be body coor if that is what you want.

Once you remove all the bolts/nuts fron the fenders and support straps the front cover will fall or wiggle right off. Its been a while since I touched a LX cover you may have a few bolts right at the air deflector under the bumper cover.

4 bolts hold the air deflector to the nose. About 5 bolts each side holding the nose to the body, and 2 U shape bracket at the very front of the nose by top of radiator. It will take a little wiggle to get the nose off. Otherwise it is a straight shot.
