Forgive my ignorance but is that from a 1999-2001 Cobra? I really like that bumper and would swap out my busted stock bumper for that style, and not feel like one of those fobra guys that get the 2003-2004 bumpers...

that would be correct. Nothing wrong with running cobra parts as long as your not trying to pass it off as a cobra...

i hated the trim piece around the pony on mine, so i cut it off. i think it makes it look tacky
I have both so I can change them out as I wish
right now its got the corral around the pony but with my kit it was a bit tougher than the stock roush piece was I'm sure.

i was thinking about getting the mach delete kit also. so i was checking out this article in mustangworld on how-to's and deen that you can paint your chrome ring black to match the rest of the grill, and i also painted the pony silver the same color as my car. i just got done spraying clear coat on the pony to give it extra potection and shine. i put the black ring back on the car
and it looks good. as soon as i put the pony back on the gtill i will post it up too see what you guy's think.
