I found this thread on a search, I'm finally going to do this swap. Been wanting to do it forever and I'm ordering them pretty soon. I thought I remembered reading that you had to weld some extra metal on the clutch/brake pedal to make them work but seeing as you all said you have to cut some off, I should be in good shape.

Did you ever get that gas pedal on 93TealStang, lol.

Yes I did.

What a pain it was. If I would've know what kind of aggrevation was involved, I wouldn't have bothered since I have a very short temper. The clutch and brake pedals were a bit hard also. I actually had to boil water and put the pedals in to soften the rubber. If your a big guy, I'll warn you, the gas pedal is the biggest PITFA to get off due to lack of room.

Thank, I'm a fat bastard so I'll probably never get the gas pedal off. I'll take a BFH to it though if I have to How do you like your pedals and how are they holding up?

I like them overall. The rubber on the clutch pedal tore and a portion of the actual pedal is sticking through. You'll find out, these pedals truly aren't made for foxes because of such a different in shape. Honestly, if I had to do it all over again I'd put on a set fitted for foxes or just get a good set of those universal ones they sell at the parts stores.

Don't feel so bad. Installing them in an SN95 is just as bad and they are supposed to fit those cars.

If i install another set in my Fox, i'm doing it BEFORE i install my t-5 swap pedals when i convert

I've got a set that are made for the fox, they are much larger than the Bullitt pedals though. Still making my mind up if I want to do the swap, I know I do based on Looks/Feel but I want to make sure they will hold up.

Hmmm..
