i have been reading about the ford C springs to drop my GT, who here has experience with them and any handling changes, or ride smoothness, also is it just a spring replacement to lower the car or will i need to buy other accessories for the install. Installing the springs looks pretty straight forward, i just want to make sure before i drop the cash and then need extras

Thanks

Chris

I've got them. They ride just a little harsher than stock, but not much. I only purchased the springs. I'm still using the stock shocks without any problems. I had my alignment done a few weeks ago and everything was in spec. Definatley worth the money if that's the drop you want.

I just installed my c springs and MM lower control arms last weekend and it's a real simple task even by yourself. When i first installed them it seemed to ride harsh and then as they settled down it rides really good now. It took me about an hour to install the fronts and then dropped the rear it took me another hour and a half to install springs with lower control arms with the right tools.

I have a question. Are the FRPP springs progressive rate or specific?

The FRPP "C" springs are specific rate and the "B" are progressive.
