FRPP Stinger & Borla Stinger Exhaust the Same?

I know Borla makes some exhaust for Ford Racing, but are these systems the same? Pricing is very close too.

I've been looking at the FR500 5230-SA and Borla 11777 for my 2010 GT. If these are the same, any downfall of going with the Borla because it's cheaper?

Borla is high quality stuff. I'm thinking about getting their S-Type axle backs.

Yes they are identical except for embossed writing.
