FRPP Supercharger for 2000GT

Does any know what the part# is for the installation kit for the M-6066-M463 Supercharger to install on a 2000GT? The parts catalog just mention an Installation Kit, but it's not listed anywhere.

Does anyone have a list of parts such as an ECU upgrade and fuel system?
