Fuel filter won't come off

Exactly like the title. I unhooked the clips and the dang fuel lines wont come off the old filter. Anyone know whats going on here? :shrug:

Are you using the fuel line disconnect tool? This tool is necessary to get this job done.
Pull and twist on the filter simultaneously.

go to the autoparts store and buy the fuel line disconnect tool. you will never get it off without them.

let us know about your fuel mileage afterwards - I saw a nice improvement in mine.
