Re flashed my PCM yesterday with a half full tank of gas. When I reflashed I did not remove the fuel pump relay and fan relays like SCT suggests, I filled up today and I took a nice road trip the gauge only went up half way and it was working normal...just only half way. Whats up with that?

I have had issues with my fuel gauge not registering properly since new. If I leave the key in the "on" position when filling up the gauge doesn't register a full tank for quite a while.

SCT says to remove the fan and pump fuses to reduce the likelyhood of a low voltage condition during tuning which could prevent the tune from being completed. 1/2 tune=a car that likely won't start
