fuel injector question

I just bought a set of 42# fuel injectors from ford racing (green ones). They're the "EV1 body with Jetronic connector." Someone told me that I need adapters to run these injectors on a '91 5.0L. I think he's incorrect, don't the newer cars use an uscar sytle rather than the jetronic/minitimer syle injector? I believe these will be plug and play on a '91 5.0L. Can anyone verify this? Thanks.

the 91 5.0. comes stock with a #19 EV1 jetronic injector. you will be fine .

I thought so, thanks! What threw me off is that they sell small adapters for these injectors to make them work in newer cars with the uscar style harness. The adapters popped up as "recommended parts" on summit when I bought the injectors, so i thought for a second I might need them. In any case, thanks for verifying!
