i have a supercharger and a pro -M mass air meter on the way for my 99 Gt. The MAS is calibrated for 30lb injectors and so I will be ordering a set of 30's to go with it. My questions is " Will I really need to upgrade the fuel pump to increase the fuel flow or would the larger injectors themselves increase the flow enough. Idealy I would get both but with after buying the supercharger, my bank account is pretty much empty.

save yourself alot of trouble and money. return the Pro-M MAF, you don't need it, the stocker is fine up to 450hp. take the money you get back from the Pro-m and buy a $90.00 SVT Focus fuel pump, thats something you will need, not the aftermarket MAF

then goto Steen Racing in Norfolk and get Ed Clark to tune your car wth the SCT stuff

exactly

& if you think you're broke now, try running that setup without enough fuel. you'll be in a world of hurt if ya go that route leaning out

Got it

Well it's not to late to cancel the Pro-M so thats cool. I guess theres no need for the larger injectors then huh? I had heard something about a swap with that SVT Focus fuel pump, what is the difference between it and the stock one on the mustang?

My question exactly. What fuel pump/injector/MAS combo do you recommend to run a Vortech SQ in my '96 NPI engine with PI cams and Intake?

You will need the injectors. You can use the stock MAF, and the focus pump is a good option. Keep in mind that you are going to need a tune to make the new injectors work.

any 190 to 225 lph Bosch/walbro/holley intank unit or an external one like the T-Rex, 24lbs injectors should be fine and your stock 80mm MAF is also just fine. oh and please get an SCT tune, not sure who on the left-coast does SCT but search hight & low for them.
