fuel pressure questions

I'm about to install a adjustable fuel regulator and guage, What pressure should it be set at? My mods are stock bottom end, gt-40p heads with 1.94/1.60 valves, stock intake, 76mm C&L throttle body and mass air, March ram air kit, 19lb injectors, 110 bph fuel pump. I feel at the track it is'nt getting the fuel at top end of rpms, would adj regulator help? My times are 14.02/99 mph now, but i was 2 tenths quicker on stock heads. Is it more fuel I need?

i would start at 38 psi and play with it from there by going up a psi or two to see what it does.

Are you still running stock intake? If so that is probable your problem.
