fuel pump and granatelli coil packs

is a 255 lph pump adequate enough for 400rwhp? I am getting detonation and was wondering would a boost a pump help me. I am also running meth/water injection and it jsut isnt helping either. Also, would the granatelli coil packs make a difference? I just think that the fuel isn't getting burnt. The granatelli coil packs make about 6 times the voltage of stock packs. If any one is using them it would be nice to get some feedback.
