Where is it located on my 1990 Gt 5.0 And what does it look Like? I may have cut the wires to it buy accident when installing my carpet, cause now my car has no fuel pressure and wont start.
Should have more like 4 wires running to it. It is indeed under the driver seat. My '88 has a bracket to hold the relay, but I think they did away with that bracket pretty quickly.
Lesson learned: Ford put it there for a reason. Unless you know exactly what it does, leave it there. That is especially true of the smog equipment.
Local auto parts will have the relay, ask about the socket. Junkyard will have the socket, various model Fords will use the same socket for different functions.. If not available at the J/Y, try Radio Shack
