Is the car not starting? If the car isn't getting fuel, it won't start, and if you know something in your fuel system should be connected and isn't, that's the first place I'd look! Fix it and see what happens
Teh tan/lt green wire is the computer control to turn the fuel pump on. Fix the wire and your fuel pump will work when the computer tells it to turn on.
