Fuel Pump Strainer

I bought my new fuel pump without the install kit thinking I would salvage the strainer since it's not but a year old.

No dice, I wrecked the strainer. I mistakenly separated the metal ring part then messed it up trying to put it back in the strainer opening. I see this one I can pick up at Autozone tomorrow. Is this one decent enough or should I look for another brand?

Delphi is good, they used to be owned by GM, but they spun it off and they make OE parts for just about everyone now, including Ford. I'd say "just don't get an Airtex" but even Airtex can't screw up a strainer.

Thanks, looks like I need the harness too. I just ordered that from amazon and it should be here Friday. I guess this won't be done tomorrow.
