I tried so hard to prove something else told the eec to not trigger the test . Good power in , excellent ground . no voltage loss even with the multiple relay locations clicking on and off . Pulled eec out and have lifted foil runs and 3 different solder points smoked ! Board is toast at the big cap solder joint . No tech manual needed now . Thanks for your time and patience
