Fuel pump

What one shuold i get, 155 or 190???Mine is going out. Im doin an explorer swap with a crane 2031 cam.

For almost the same price you can get a 255lph. I would go with the Walbro 255 high pressure. As far as I know the fuel pump won't "overfeed" the engine (that's based on the regulator, injectors and tune) and this will allow you to put a power adder on without having to change the fuel pump again.

I agree, just get a 255 and be done with it. I got a 190 and now I regret it because sometime down the line I'll probably have to replace it.

There are no disadvantages that I am aware of by moving up to a 255lph pump.

Or if you know you wont be doing lots of other stuff, a 155 works and saves some cash. As I see it, that will be sufficient for your Exploder combo (if anyone disagrees, speak up!)

I just replaced mine with a 255 was pretty cheap to. I also got the adj fuel pressure gauge. its worth your money to get the bigger one.

Ditto on the 255. Unless you can afford the dual combobulated 415 jet pressure pump.
