Hey guys, my car is nearing completion I CANT WAIT!!!. I talked to my tuner and he doesnt think the 255lph pump is giong to be enough and that I shoudl get an afpr and set it at 45 or so for now untill i get it tuned, and get a trex pump or something like that. He doesnt think 36lb injectors are going to be enough with the supercharger and heads. I dont understand why he wants me to get an afpr though? i thought they could tune this with the computer or am i way off? I have also read that you can compinsate for smaller injectors with increased fuel pressure, and maybe thats what hes tying to do? Im not too knowledgable on this topic as you guys can see. Can someone shed some light??

I think you ARE better off with 42's although 36's would probably be OK - a little extra headroom will be nice to have. The 255 FP will be fine with a 9# Powerdyne. With 42's you won't have to increase FP until 475-500 RWHP or so.

its would be easier for the tuner if you had the adjustable regulator. i would say to get the regulator. thr t-rex and bigger injectors though seem overboard for your combo unless you plan to step up the boost or swap for a bigger s/c. other than the afpr i would recommend a wide band for your car

A 255lph pump will be fine. My brother runs a 255lph high pressure pump on his single turbo cobra with 42's and it puts almost close to 500hp and 600ftlbs to the wheels and has no problems. You will be fine with the powerdyne and the 255.
