No such thing as a cheap Fuel Safe cell. Expect to pay upwards of a $1000.00.

You are probably right. I just checked Fuel Safe's website and it appears their online price just went up $140 to $825. It was $680 two weeks ago.

Mine won't be there, it's got a couple of years to go before its ready, it's just a rolling shell of a '63 Fairlane. It'll get a motor plated stroked FE, Jerico DR4 (the Liberty modified Toploader I have won't cut it), narrowed F-150 9", ladder bars, coilovers, minitubs, lexan, glass front end, etc. My '65 stang coupe is waiting for me to build a rotisserie to thoroughly go thru it.

Reason I ask is because I'm putting the event on as the promoter and I'm just trying to get the word out to get as many old Fords to show up as it is a Nostalgia event.

Fuel Safes

The cheapest place I have found to get a Fuel Safe is from Racers Parts wholesale (Direct Link to Drop In Mustang Fuel Safe's .

I ordered one from them a year ago and they delivered fast and it was exactly what I wanted.

I can't tell you how it works though as the mustang got put on the back burner for another go fast project (a 1996 LT4 Vette).

If you want any pics, I would love to help. It really is just a drop in deal, pull the old tank, drop in the new, and then drill the holes for the bolts around the edge of the tank, (its through alum.).

I will be leaving town for 10 days on Friday, but I would like to help if you need any more information.
