Fuel Vapor Purge (aka: Evaporative Control) Connection 351C

The air cleaner hole pictured is for connection of the Evaporative purge hose from the carbon canister.



I don't have the air cleaner adaptor to attach the hose. I'm trying to find out what it looks like and where to get one.

I would also like to use the correct hose, which I believe should be one of those accordion style semi-metallic hoses. Not sure what it's really called, but its construction is similar to the flexible heat shield snorkel hose used on some mustangs, just in a smaller diameter (3/4" I.D.). Does anyone know what this type of hose is called and/or where to get one?

Thanks for the hose source, but at that price I'll adapt some 90° PCV hose.

Unfortunately, they don't show an air cleaner hose adapter.

Edit: Actually, the hose in their catalog may not be the one I'm looking for as I don't believe this item is universal for 70-73. The carbon canister on 73 is larger and unique to 73 (lucky me). I have discovered the official name of the tube = Carbon Canister Purge Tube.
