Fuzion's Engine bay & H/C/I Progress Thread

just remember all good things take time.... even if you only work on it a little here and there keep working on it, and sooner or later it will be done ... my car has been down since august doing different things with it, but once it is done it will all be worth it... good luck on the progress

Well I know I’ve done a terrible job keeping up with this thread... Sorry. But I have good news, after taking a couple months off of the project we started working on it again. Last week we headed back into the garage and noticed that the paint job we did on the engine bay in dec did not meet our standards. So we started sanding again. We redid the bay and it looks 10 times better. It’s hard to tell in the pictures but in person the paint is so much smoother and an even gloss all the way around, instead of random patches. We also disassemble the top end of the engine and painted the block last week.

This last weekend, after all of the paint dried we began assembly the top end with all of the trick flow goodies. I will update with pictures as soon as I can. It looks incredible so far.

Thanks for looking.

Looks good. That's exactly what I did to my black notch. Just some rattle cans from Autozone and it actaully came out great. So much of the bay is covered anyways, if you aren't gonna hide wires and smooth holes.

awsome man, must feel good to have it all coming together finally

Yea it feels great finally putting all the pieces together. The weather has been pretty bad around here lately. Lots of rain and its still cold. If spring comes around and I don't have the stang back and running im going to be very upset.

Im dying to hear and drive it after all of these mods. It’s been off the road since July of last year.

Thanks for the kind words

Funny thing is i had a dream i was driving the fox after all the mods. It was great...
I watched your video of your progress. it sounds great! Hopefully mine will sound decent.
thanks

I dream about driving mine ever since i drove it. lol. Thanks. what kind of exhaust
are you running. i have ford racing shorties off road h-pipe and flowmaster 2 chamber cat back.
