I have an engine rebuild class, what kind of power will I be able to run if I put forged pistons, and arp main bolts in the motor??

No, SVT used Manley H-beam rods and Manley dish pistons for the 03/04 Cobra motor. There are pleople making close to 1000 HP at the crank on a New cobra motor with no problems at all. The 03/04 Cobra motor is the best motor Ford has built IMO.FallenPhoenix said:I believe that the '01 Cobra rods were the same as the GT rods. '03-'04 rods would be good but you could still do better. bdcardinal said:you will not gain power from changing to forged rods/pistons alone. however they will allow you to safely make more power. if you put in dish pistons and do not supercharge the motor then you will lose a substantial amount of power because of the loss in compression.
