gas mileage?????

I'm adding 165cc AFR heads and a custom ground comp cam to the set up listed below and I am wondering how much it will afect my gas mileage under 'normal conditions' since I drive this car daily. I get about 20mpg as she sits now. Thanks guys

Prolly be less because once the cam is in, you'll be more on the happy pedal. But depends. What's the specs on the cam?

Well, I still get 22-24mpg on the highway with my car now. You should drop very little mpg on the highway. The mpg will suffer in traffic though with the mods.

I'm getting about 13-14 in town and 21 mpg on the hwy at 75mph.


That's with 3:55 gears and stock injectors and stock cam -> 285 rwhp / 312 torque
