gas tanks and shaker systems

I bought my car about two weeks ago. Just before purchasing it, I asked my salesman about the problems with the gas tanks and the shaker systems. He told me the gas tank problems weren't an issue in Canada and that he had never heard of the problems with the shaker. Not surprisingly, I started having both problems only a week after picking up my car. For those of you with Canadian 05 GTs, how many of you have had these problems occur?

I have the shaker500. the shaker1000 is an option.

I'm in Toronto (originally from Hamilton and still visit often since my band is there). I bought my stang at Eastgate Ford in Hamilton. Here's my car:

When you reply, You have to copy the url of the pic. Then you click on

After you paste your url. it has to look something like:

Your pics are kinda not the right size. Seems that they were too big and kinda became not clear as they could be. If you need help to have them clearer and resized send them to me, I'll fix them nicely with photoshop.

Nice very Nice, welcome to the board. Eastgate Ford Eh! I hope you have better luck with them then I did with Mohawk Ford! Service Reps just awful up their or at least they where. Been awhile since I sent any bussiness their way

The owners of Eastgate Ford are great guys. It's been family owned for decades and my dad even worked there for a bit in the early 70's, so he knows the current owner's father. They gave me no hassle about getting the car on the X-plan.

I have to say, my salesguy has been great even after the sale. My cars in the shop right now getting the gas tank and shaker500 exchanged and the salesguy has made sure that they store my stang indoors. He also sends me pics of nice stangs they've had coming through their doors.

Any suggestions as to which one and where I can get it? I also read something about a Jet Performance Stage 1 kit - what is this?
