gasket question withcobra intake and spacer

hey, i have a gasket that came with the intake set, and i also bought a spacer which also came with a gasket. how should i use the gaskets?

lower intake, gasket, spacer, gasket upper intake? any suggestions

also, what kind of gasket should i use for the lower intake to the block? paper or metal

Not sure what About your question on the lower i always just ask for lower intake gaskets for a '91 cobra when i go to the parts store
