gauge cluster help 88 GT

I have an 88 Gt with nasty 85 mph speedo am looking to upgrade to the 140 mph I have seen alot of the 90-93 for sale can you make them work?? it looks like the lense is the only difference is that true andif so can it be swaped?? I am also interested in convertible interior parts for this car in saddle color any ideas where ?thanks

pull the speedo part off of any 140mph cluster and swap that into your current cluster.

The 90-93 cluster can be made to work by trimming the cluster plastic and repinning the electrical connectors.

I found a black face 180 conversion:

all i did was peel of the stickers and put a little glue on them and stuck them back on

the 87-89 speedo are the same, and the 90-93s are different because of the airbag columns. if there is a half moon in the bottom, its for an airbag car. i scored a cheap 89 cluster for my car that will be replace by an autometer dash panel next week.
