Gauge help

I removed the guage clusters to replace the odometer gear. put everything back together. The temp/gas guage cluster isnt working. Temp stays on hot and the gas guage stays on empty. Tried moving needles while unplugged. Soon as I plugged it back in they went to hot and empty. Any suggestions?

Clean the circuit board edge connector.

Check the grounds from the cluster. The cluster ground is located to the left of the center console near the radio.
