gauge

so i got a electric water temp gauge my question is can i use a port in the back of the lower intake for the sending unit or should i install it in the front where the stock one is? i want both gauges to work ...so would it be the same temp in the front and back?

use the front for the aftermarket gauge. it is a more accurate location. switch the stocker to the back.

yeah I found the back read about 10 degrees cooler than the front.....

to move the stock sender to the back do i just cut and extend the wire to to it?
