Gear Whine

Have any of you guys found good solutions to Gear Whine? I removed a set of 4.56s from my 99 Cobra and put in brand new 3.55s Now it whines like a little girl when just crusing. Maybe it whines when the RPMs are pushing, but I can't hear it over the exhaust

Any help will be appreciated

99 times out of 100 gear whine is caused by improper installation.
