If you have a manual, I would suggest the package mustang tuning carries. http://www.mustangtuning.com/speedcal-373-gear-oil-kit.html It has the speedcal so it recalibrates your speedo too. I've read lots of threads on gear install prices.. and they ranged from 100 to 300 dollars. I'd say that you'd look to pay between 200-250.
