If you purchase from and have a ford dealer install gears like these

will that void the factory warranty? I understand the gears themselves wont be under the warranty but didnt know if the gears would void the warranty on the rest of the vehicle.

Ford racing parts installed by a Ford dealer or a Ford authorized installer will not void your vehicle warranty, however they may choose to not cover other parts such as the differential and/or axles or other parts associated with the output of the gears. Maybe...I the dealer I buy my cars from doesn't void anything.

Exactly. The dealer is not going to deny a warranty claim because your AC breaks and you've got gears. The dealer possibly could deny your warranty claim if your LSD went out and you've got gears.
