I placed an order with them on Saturday and have not hear anything back. I realize no business is conducted on Sat. or Sun.. However, every other site I have dealt with has processed my order next business day after the date of order. They have charged me for the part already but given no confirmation. So my question is has anyone else dealt with them? Good or Bad rating?

MODS: I was wondering if we can make some sort of sticky where we can post or comments about places we order from? Some sort of rating system as I'm sure there are several stangers who have ordered and continue to order online.

Thanks

I think the majority of people (myself included) that have done business with GEF have had good experience with them.

They can be a little scatterbrained sometimes (esp. when they get busy), but I got my FRPP catback from them like 3 days after I ordered it.

It looks like maybe I'm just that 1% of customers that gets dropped through the crack. I'll call them again tomorrow and see what's up. Thanks for the feedback guys!!

Just give them a call if you are having a problem. They are a big place so it is not impossible for them to have lost your order, but rare. I have order from them several times, and so far nothing but

Yeah I got my gears from them. I think I placed the order online on a Sat, I got an email Mon at work saying the processed it, and I had my gears early Wed Just give them a ring, Im sure they clear up anything weird going on.

I have mixed feelings for them. I ordered an alum drive shaft and safety loop and they charged me for both but only sent to drive shaft. after a couple of weeks talking to them they finally figured it out and sent the loop. also ordered bullit pedals from them and they only sent one pedal, only took one call to fix that one. but ordered gears from them and had no problem. they have good prices, almost worth the hassle of your stuff getting lost sometimes.

After I curbed 2 rims, my current rims were ordered from them. They sent them ups ground instead of 3 day. Not a huge deal but another 3 days without your car is a PITA when it's been OOC for a couple weeks.

I had two orders "lost" through their website. When I called they had no record of either transaction. They made nice and express delivered the parts though. Since them I've called a few other orders in with no problems.

Great place to do business with, I haven't had any problems with them. Although a few years ago, their shipping was suspect when there was that GP on the Bullit suspension kit...

Same here but, at the same time one of my orders was "lost" and never got processed. Took a week of calling to find that one of the service reps had the order on his desk the whole time I guess it evens out though and they have great prices.

First attempt - they said some orders were misplaced (along with credit card information ).
Second attempt - order must have floated away to lala land.
They don't get a third chance.
