Well, after 5 years of the stang in my garage, I think it is time to let it go and start over. I thought about getting an older model, 60's or so, but I think I would rather have another fox. I guess right now with the cost of planning a wedding and all that stuff, I have to get rid of some of the toys for a while. I already sold the 22' foot sailboat and some random parts and garage junk, and I believe it is time to let the vert go too. I don't really know what its worth or if I really want to sell it but I think I would like to start another project after the wedding. Here's a few pics and the details, let me know what you guys think. I will also accept smart-ass comments!:nice:

1987 GT Vert
128000 miles
new starter, battery, alternator
electric fan
summit coil
bbk chrome shorty headers
Summit O/R H-pipe
T-5 conversion
New Borg Warner Brute power clutch
BBK adjustable clutch cable
new top
new carpet
New tires
no A/C, Smog stuff, heater core.
It runs great when I get it going, just does the idle shuffle when its cold.
Paint is in good shape with a couple scratches here and there and when I pulled the luggage rack, I sucked at filling the holes and you can see it on the lid.

Here's some pics:

Id say If you gonna sell it and get another kind of mustang (fox or not) then do it. It doesnt look like you have too much money and work in it to regret selling it.

Good point. Over the 5 years, I really havent done too many expensive mods to it so it averages out well. Thanks for the input

lol sorry but I have to, ive never seen so much blue in an engine!! hahahaahaha

and the green hood prop, haha thats funky lookin dude. I personally would sell it and buy another haha.

Yeah, after marriage comes kids, typically. Once that begins, forget about the expensive projects.

I know that for a fact... We have a 14 month old daughter, and that pretty much sums up my daily routine. My wife and I work opposite shifts to not have to put her in day care for now. I actually did the reverse of what 5.0 con-vert. Iin the past couple years, I traded in my 04 stang for a Ranger pick up, than I sold my 66 coupe because I REALLY REALLY wanted a FOX again, I have had 3 FOX hatch's in the past none which were a 5.0. This will give you an idea of how old I am... when I was graduating from high school, there was a 7 Up mustang on the Ford show room floor and I drempt that would be my graduation present, :nonono: reality than set in, and I never got one, not that I really expected it, but I never got over it. So after I sold the 66 this past spring I found a 91 5.0 vert bone stock with 60,000 miles on it... I thought here we go FINALLY. Well I bought it, and probably have put 200 miles on it since than. I have big plans of what I want to do, but the time and $$$ is another story. So I know how that goes, but honestly the only way I would get rid of it if I were you is if I already had another one in the garage to takes it's place...
