I have an offroad pipe, and to further strengthen matt's question....I know without a doubt that I wouldn't pass a smog test in even the most crooked of countries. A hole in the ozone actually follows my car around when I drive....I smell raw fuel when I throw up the rev's, and usually it leaves my passengers choking, all the while I sit back with a big smile on my face enjoying the loss of many many braincells...
