Well as some of you know (or maybe dont) I wrecked my stang last november. I had just bought a s-trim & LT's so I planned on fixing the $2k worth of bodywork and get it running good.

Over the past couple months I've been really thinking about it, and for the money I'm gonna spend fixing mine I could buy one already built and have a hella fast car.

In the course of thee past week I have sold my mustang to a coworker for $3k, got approved for a loan, and found a really nice well built 95 Cobra.

The cobra has a 347 with forged internals, 8.5:1 compression, aluminum heads, custom cam, edelbrock rpm intake, built rear end w/31 spline axles, tremec 3550 tranny, and custom driveshaft. It was built for a blower, and with my s-trim should be good for around 500rwhp with a nice tune.

Here's some pics:

Thats a neeto hood, by any chance do you know what brand it is or were one could find that. Looks like a 1.5 or so cowl 96-98 cobra hood and it keeps the bubble and hood vents of the 96-98 cobra....looks damn sexy man.

Thanks guys, I'm excited too.

The hood was custom done, I believe. I'll find out next time I talk to the seller.

I already looked up Cobra mats on ebay, and I'll prob just put in a stock boot if it really bothers me.

That's a sweet looking car. Good luck with the purchase!

Something about those seats looks different .... but I don't know what it is. Maybe my eyes are playing tricks again.

Haha ya i knew it was his car, i just found like 3 videos of that car with the video and the guages and seat match as well. i uploaded one of the videos and here it is, Right b4 i bought my 95 cobra this was my favorite sn95 5.0 video, i used to easily watch it a couple times a day. But as u can see from the video that cars had its fair shape of rapage, lol its been road raced n stuff. How is it? And do you know what the previous owners new car is?

I know its been road raced and drag raced. So has my car and it runs and drives fine.

I wont REALLY know until I get down there and see/drive the car for myself. The only thing I know right now is thats is seems that all the parts used are VERY top notch (Detroit locker rear, mcleod twin disc, etc) and I really am not paying that much extra for a built car vs. a stock one.
