Well I am sad to say I have sold my GT:( But happy to say it is being replaced with a new (to me) Cobra:) I am picking up a 96 red Cobra on Saturday. It is pretty stock, only has 3.73's, Magnaflo exaust, and a Jet chip. It has 105K on it but the motor had a top end rebuild with new heads 2k ago, at that point it also got a rebuild on the tranny.

So I am going to order a few parts for it so I can play with it right away. I am first going to get some subframes and was deciding between the Ford Motorsports ones for $45 or the Steeda ones for $129. Are the steedas worth tripple the price?

I always thought about getting a cobra, but I just couldn't part with my foxbody....maybe for a shelby cobra ;). Check out the design and how they're finished to help decide.

The steedas are very nice pieces, i have them on my GT and they were highly reccomended by club members. Supposed to be much stiffer than others, and fit better also. Are the FMS ones full length? Cuz that is dirt cheap if they are.

My brother's friend is getting a 98 Cobra. I talked him into it and a kenne bell!! Lucky kid has a rich grandma. So his car is getting 3.73s and a Kenne Bell as soon as I get my hands on it, which means as soon as he gets it basically!!
