Getting a Title?

I don't have a title for my 90 GT all I have is the military registration form we use in Germany, I'll be going back to the States in June, I bought the car here in Germany in March 05 and the car has never been to the States, I've been out of the states pretty much the last 18+ years so I don't ***** about obtaining a Title.

Will I need the title to register and drive the car in the States.

did the car ever have a title? if it did you can use your registration to request a new title

buy a junker with a dashboard and a good title, then swap the dashboard into your car.
