So I am getting a miss or random stumble with the spout connector out, doesn't run with spout in and pulling an eratic PIP code from constant memory, I thought it was the ignition so I checked the cam timing, replaced the distributor, IRCM, TFI, and it still missed.
Today I tried something different. I sprayed carb cleaner into the intake of the VAF while it was stumbling and what would you know if I slowly sprayed the carb cleaner at a measured rate the car ran perfectly, no stumbling, no missing until I stopped spraying the carb cleaner so my problem has got to be a fuel issue. I put in a 190LPH fuel pump in the rear, and my fuel pressure is at 38-40 and constant when running, I tried two sets of injectors, same results, tried another fuel rail with different fpr and fuel smoothing diaghphram. Has to be something the computer is doing, maybe a bad VAF? What else would keep the injectors from firing correctly? Tried 3 different computers, checked my re-pinning many times. Any ideas? Thanks
