Hey, I want to get some Weld Draglites and some E/T Streets for my car...would you guys know what the backspacing on a 1996 GT is? I want to try to fit a 10 inch tire in the rear and some skinnies up front. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

6.5 inches of backspacing for the backs!!

Up front you will need a 7/16 spacer to clear the caliper.. Extended studs are recommended, believe me... the track is going to have a major fit if your try to roll through tech with like 7 threads showing up!

if you have any more questions shoot me a PM, I just put mine on recently... or you can search under my name and see my posts

For a 10'' rim, it's 6.5 as stated above. If you're putting a 10'' tire on an 8'' rim, you'll need a 5.5 backspacing. 5x4.5 bolt pattern as well.

Hey man I just got my ET streets today. I am going with the Prostar Xp's. Are you getting the XP's to? I am going to go w/ the 15X8 a think. It says on the tires which are 26x10.5.15 that its recommended only up to a 8.0 rim. I thought I was going to get a 9 but now I am going to get the 8. Anyway if I get the 15x8 Prostar XP for my 98 cobra I need a 5.5 backspace then? And where do I get the extended studs for cheap? THanx guys
