So i went up to the local strip last night to see what the car would run untuned after adding my cams. Well im very happy with what the car did. I ran a best of 12.21 at 111 mph. My 60 ft are getting alot better i had a 1.65 60 ft on a stock suspension car with 26x10 et drags. I am hoping that with a tune and lca's i can hit 11's. What do you guys think not to bad for a stock head, suspension, untuned car

Thanks guys, and yes rubber it does run really strong for an all motor car. Maybe next year i will get a set of tf heads and long tubes. I think after those two things i would be needing a cage (11.49) ...at least i hope i would

That's very impressive for an all motor car! Just goes to show how the simple combination of torque and traction work. Torque from the extra compression ratio and traction from the ET streets.

Your times are VERY similar to mine. Can you post up the full slip? I swear, mine really moves hard somewhere between the 60' and the 330' marks. I ran a 12.26@111.06mph, but with a much WORSE 1.797 60' time.

Sounds good. I'm definitely planning another trip up there soon. Might wait until Wednesday start up again so that it wont be as crowded.

Yes it hooks pretty good but I think with some rear suspension I can pull a high 1.5 60ft. Nitery did you buddy get any pics of the blue 2010 gt going 11s?

Those are some very nice pics. That 2010 only has rear suspension, cams, long tubes, gt500 tb, 4.56 gears and a hell of a tune and runs 11.80's at 115.
He did all the major work to my car (cams and rear) He is also going to be retuning my car aswell.

Yea I know it didn't have a lot of work done to it for the times it's running. If you check out the site he has more than just that one pic of the 2010.

I did look over all the pics and the lawn mower pic was funny, I thought that guy was going to try and race it! Bad thing is he would have gave some of the ricers a run for their money.

lol, yea i didn't see it at the track but noticed it going through his pics. I sure the guy would have been able to take the geo metro I raced in my second run.
