I have been squirreling away money and am about ready to paint. I will have the car stripped to the bare metal and repainted. My 1969 Mach 1 was originally Apapulco Blue but the PO repainted in Grabber Blue (and did a crappy job at that). I am thinking about using either House of Kolor "Shimrin Graphic Blue (SG108 http://www.hokpaint.com/scripts/depot.exe?pgm=showchip2.bbx )
or Shimrin Neon Blue (NE506 Blue) http://www.hokpaint.com/scripts/depot.exe?pgm=showchip6.bbx

I want to paint a blue and these are two colors I like. ARe there any on-line galleries you guys might know of where I can get some ideas for paint colors?

On line colors never reproduce faithfully. The only real way to tell is to find a car that has a color you like and get the color code or have the paint store mix up a pint and have your painter spray it out on some junk metal. I know this involves some cost, but when you consider the cost of the paint job and the amount of time you will need to live with the paint, it is worth in IMHO. I would seriously look at doing the Marine Blue on the first page linked. That is very much in the hue of the Acapulco Blue on my door jams but looks much brighter. But as stated above, online colors suck. Knowing where you are from based on Google Earth. I would be glad to send you samples if you want to see them "in hand". Just PM me.

Unless you are doing a custom paint job, you might want to consider looking at the paint chips available from your local body shop supply and see what is available. I found that not all american paint colors were available for mixing in Europe. Using the available colors will make it easier to make more should you need to make a repair in the future.

My wife was looking over the photos from the website JohnZ linked to and she really wants me to paint in Grabber Blue. I think I can get PPG Grabber Blue sent over here and have the shop use that. I am kind of ambivalent about Grabber Blue but my wife seems smitten with it.

and as a follow up on edit, I have also found that PPG is available here, as is HOK, so either way I seem to be good to go. Maybe I will tell the wife that PPG is NOT sold here, only HOK.
