GFX fitting problem...

anyone else had a problem putting on the gfx?? front bumper cover is a little off where it meets with the fenders....anyone else had a problem like this?

mustang GT...stock i believe...im only messing with the front end

I beleave you have to have the front fender GFX pices on to make it fit right

the Gt front facia includes 3 peices , the bumper cover and the two side skirts. Hopefully you have those. As far as getting the Seams right, that just takes time and effort, it wont ever be "perfect" but with paint and body work, itll be close.

yeah you have to have the to front fender pices to make it fit.

yeah i have those. along with the rest of them. well i guess i will keep trying to mess with it. thanks

how far are they off? it most likely will never fit right just bolting them on.... you'll need to shim things, enlarge some holes ect ect. As you drive a car, things bend, warp and so on, thats why things generally dont match up right.

its more like the holes are too big...but im not worried about it, im gonna get a ford one....not aftermarket...havent been to lucky with that stuff.

usually a used front cover will fit a little better then a brand new one. cheaper too. as far as the side flares, i just have the front bumper w/o them, and it looks hidious unless your looking straight at it.
