Correct me if I'm wrong but those letters he used on the bumper look like the two different sizes of mailbox letters you can buy in a hardware store or Wal*Mart...

I live in Jax as well - I haven't seen this particular one - but over in the San Marco area I have seen a white V6 mustang with chrome EVERYTHING on the outside - those police spotlights that you can move from the inside on BOTH mirrors and so many figures/strange objects stuck to the dash. Has black stripe down the middle and a driver with GREY HAIR. Guy is in his 60's.
