Your probably tired of this topic.
Its time to do a supercharger and I want to know your setup and numbers, and help me decide what to buy. And this is gonna be a pretty much street car, I'm thinking Kenne Bell cause I like torque. But maybe you can talk me into a Strim and save me some bucks.

Heres my combo.Just the basics. Anybody got a combo kinda like this

302 block
C&l 76mm Maf
Bbk 70 mm Tb
BBk lt headers
373 gears
Gt40 upper/ lower intake
Gt40x Heads
Ford Ecam
Msd coil, Pro Billiet Dizzy

either supercharger is going to make you good power. i would ditch that C&L but thats just me. too many people have had issues with C&L mafs and our computers to put my trust in them.

Grady turned this debate into a 4 page long thread if you care to read over it all. basically they both make good power, its more of a question of at what RPM do you want your power. do a quick search and you should find the thread.

The thread died because the only one participating in it was me

I mean ... I asked Q's but nobody replied

While centri blowers do favor the upper half of the rpm range

My research seems to show me a Strim doesn't have to be ALL high end
torque

I suspect a tune with very specific attention to detail can make a difference

I also have seen a trend of better looking torque curves when porting
has been used

I've seen the mist injection system have been common on the exceptional
looking torque curves.

I kinda think it is not so much the system but the fact it allows more spark
to be used and that in its self is well known to produce more torque

Hey ... I can only say I'm about 50 50 at this moment in time between
the KB and SQtrim

I like the SQ for its quicker step up ratio
and
It doesn't sound like a thrashing machine

Ok I think I'm gonna go with the V2sq, my question is do I need the Fmu and 255 lp fuel pump seems I read I my not, I have 30#inj and a 155lp pump now and how do I decide on what plugs I think you have to get a lower degree plug. Is that all I would need. Anybody got one of these.

i would step up to a big fuel pump, a 255 at least. if your running 30s you can still run an FMU but i'd see you step straight up to 42s.

plugs = autolite 3924s

no FMU if you run 42s, its not needed. 10* base, then adjust accordingly through a tune.
